Une avanc\u00e9e significative obtenue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des actions men\u00e9es tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e et plus sp\u00e9cifiquement lors de la semaine du Handicap. <\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.keski.fr\/v2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/logo_aviva.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" title=\"logo aviva\" alt=\"logo_aviva\" src=\"https:\/\/www.keski.fr\/v2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/logo_aviva.jpg\" width=\"151\" height=\"104\"><\/a>Les animations KESKI pour AVIVA<\/b><\/p>\n<p>En 2011, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la semaine du Handicap, <a title=\"Aviva France\" href=\"http:\/\/www.aviva.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AVIVA<\/a> &nbsp;souhaitait sensibiliser ses collaborateurs \u00e0 la th\u00e9matique du handicap en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette probl\u00e9matique, KESKI a distribu\u00e9 aux collaborateurs de l\u2019entreprise le jeu de carte \u00ab&nbsp;Les Handispensables&nbsp;\u00bb et organis\u00e9 des ateliers qui ont permis \u00e0 chacun d\u2019\u00eatre confront\u00e9 <b>\u00e0 une situation de handicap et de constater les difficult\u00e9s qui pouvaient \u00eatre rencontr\u00e9es au travail ou dans la vie quotidienne.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.keski.fr\/v2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/2011-03-08-11.26.38.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0px none;\" alt=\"illustration clefs de dys\" src=\"https:\/\/www.keski.fr\/v2\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/2011-03-08-11.26.38-276x300.jpg\" width=\"276\" height=\"300\"><\/a>En 2012, AVIVA a choisi de renouveler l\u2019op\u00e9ration en sensibilisant cette fois \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique plus sp\u00e9cifique des \u00ab&nbsp;Dys&nbsp;\u00bb. <\/b>Le jeu de carte \u00ab&nbsp;<a title=\"Jeux de cartes Clefs de Dys\" href=\"https:\/\/www.keski.fr\/v2\/?page_id=567\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Les Clefs de Dys<\/a>&nbsp;\u00bb et les \u00ab&nbsp;<a title=\"Ateliers Autonomes Dys\" href=\"https:\/\/www.keski.fr\/v2\/?page_id=576\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ateliers Autonomes Clefs de Dys&nbsp;<\/a>\u00bb ont servi de supports d\u2019animation pour une journ\u00e9e d\u2019ateliers th\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u00ab&nbsp;Nous avons parfois certaines difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 mobiliser les collaborateurs et \u00e0 les faire participer aux op\u00e9rations de sensibilisations que nous organisons. La th\u00e9matique du handicap reste pour certains difficile d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 cause de freins profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9s. Mais nous constatons que les actions qui impliquent et mettent en situation les collaborateurs sont porteuses. Elles exposent les tabous au grand jour, suscitent la curiosit\u00e9 et le questionnement\u2026 Sur certains sites, alors que nous ne nous y attendions pas, nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 agr\u00e9ablement surpris du temps et de l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat que nous ont accord\u00e9s nos collaborateurs&nbsp;\u00bb <\/i>se f\u00e9licite Claire Danion.<\/p>\n<p><b>Faire toujours plus pour ne plus cacher le handicap<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le premier accord sign\u00e9 en 2009, AVIVA a renouvel\u00e9 la signature d\u2019un accord Handicap pour 2012-2014 et poursuit ses actions pour faire \u00e9voluer les mentalit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<i>Nous avons toujours fait en sorte d\u2019associer nos collaborateurs en situation de Handicap \u00e0 notre d\u00e9marche. Par le pass\u00e9, lorsque nous les sollicitions, ils nous accordaient leur t\u00e9moignage sous couvert d\u2019anonymat, ce que nous respectons et comprenons. Cette ann\u00e9e nous avons b\u00e2ti une campagne de communication avec pour message principal <\/i>Ne cachez pas votre handicap, ce n\u2019est pas un handicap pour nous.<i> Nous avons sollicit\u00e9 quelques collaborateurs en situation de handicap pour des prises de vue photos et la plupart ont accept\u00e9 sans r\u00e9serve. C\u2019est une belle preuve des avanc\u00e9es sur le sujet au sein de notre entreprise&nbsp;!&nbsp;<\/i>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En 2013, <b>AVIVA a de nouveau fait appel \u00e0 KESKI pour sensibiliser ses collaborateurs sur la th\u00e9matique des lombalgies. <\/b>KESKI a propos\u00e9 \u00e0 AVIVA la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un d\u00e9pliant comportant des recommandations pr\u00e9ventives \u00ab&nbsp;DOFASIL&nbsp;\u00bb qui sera distribu\u00e9 aux collaborateurs lors de la semaine du Handicap. En compl\u00e9ment, des <b>ateliers ludiques et p\u00e9dagogiques<\/b> sont en pr\u00e9paration&nbsp;: audit de posture, exercices de d\u00e9tente, mises en situations pour que chacun puisse apprendre \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir et soulager les maux de dos\u2026<\/p>\n<p><i>\u00ab&nbsp;Les animations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par KESKI remportent un vif succ\u00e8s car Beno\u00eet Carpier conna\u00eet parfaitement son sujet. Il sait interpeller, int\u00e9resser et cr\u00e9er une v\u00e9ritable interaction.
